12 months renewable contract role Work location - Changi Business Park Client - Bank Key Responsibilities: - Drive and manage employee well-being using a holistic approach, including the execution of well-being strategies, approaches, and interventions. - Design and implement culture interventions by diagnosing organizational needs, designing, and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions to enable leaders, managers, and employees to demonstrate desired behaviors. - Facilitate workshops and webinars, leading interactive sessions for both employees and leaders to promote engagement and learning. - Support organizational change by developing and implementing change management strategies, ensuring effective communication, employee engagement, and smooth adaptation throughout transitions. - Lead cross-functional projects, managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely completion and delivery of expected outcomes. - Utilize employee feedback, surveys, and performance metrics to assess organizational needs and the effectiveness of interventions, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to align initiatives with business needs and ensure seamless implementation across departments. Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Organizational Development or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering successful OD programs and initiatives. - Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects, including the ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and resources effectively. - Strong workshop and group facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, encourage participation, and manage group dynamics. - Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to guide teams effectively through organizational change. - Highly motivated and independent worker, capable of taking initiative and driving projects from concept to completion. - Passion for continuous learning and improvement, with the ability to inspire others to do the same. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends, draw insights, and make informed decisions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Experience working in cross-functional teams, with the ability to partner with HR, leadership, and other departments to achieve shared goals. - Preferred: Experience in the financial services sector.
